Maestro Soccer offers high-quality team training on a year-round basis, designed to aid and facilitate the development of teams and players throughout their youth soccer ‘career.’
The basis of our quality is continuity of training. With Maestro Soccer, you can feel comfortable that you are utilizing the service of a professional staff trainer, not a transient seasonal coach. We believe that continuity of training is critical to long-term development of players.

Seasonal Programs
Team Training
The cornerstone of our organization. Maestro Soccer provide high-quality, year-round travel team training. Our belief is that in order for a team to develop fully, it is crucial for them to have continuity, as well as quality, in their training. Our trainers work closely with team coaches to design a team-specific curriculum for the season and beyond. No more mixed messages, no more ‘adjusting’ to a new trainer every season; employing a Maestro Soccer team trainer means you have a dedicated professional who is here for more than a vacation.
Position-Specific Training Programs
During the season, Maestro Soccer complements our travel team training with 6 - 10 week position-specific training programs. Goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and strikers are trained separately in all aspects of the game, as they relate to that position. Groups are then combined to work against each other, creating a unique, challenging and motivating learning environment.
Technical Training Programs
A soccer player’s technique underpins all of what he or she is capable of doing. We at Maestro Soccer understand this and can implement a program designed specifically to improve all aspects of a player’s technical ability during the early stages of his or her soccer ‘career.’
Mini-Maestro Academy
We at Maestro Soccer recognize the need for quality training before the travel player begins playing at the U8 level. Our ‘Mini-Maestro Academy’ is designed as a feeder program for your club’s travel teams. This means by the time players start their first 8v8 travel soccer game, their development has already been in place for 3 years. Our Mini-Maestro curriculum ensures players develop their motor skills and technique in all areas of the game, and above all gain a positive experience from playing soccer - we make it FUN!
