Job title: Regional Programs Coach

Job description: 1 position open.  Design coaching programs for youth soccer players; meet with existing and prospective clients regarding program goals; implement programs with players and coaches; demonstrate coaching programs during training to maintain and expand coaching business in designated territory.

Job location: Travel to, work at, soccer field in Royersford, PA & soccer fields or facilities in Montgomery and Chester Counties, PA.  This position also requires limited domestic travel of up to approximately 1% of employee's time of 1 to 2 days in length to unanticipated tournaments/competition sites in other counties or states in the Northeast region of the U.S.

Type of position (Full-time or part-time): Full-time

Requirements: Either a) 36 months of youth soccer coaching experience plus USSF C or FA Level 2 or U.S. or foreign equivalent soccer coaching license; or b) Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Sports Management plus 12 months youth soccer coaching experience plus USSF C or FA Level 2 or U.S. or foreign equivalent soccer coaching license.

Wage rate: $34.56/hour for 35 hours worked per week.  Employee also eligible to participate in employer-sponsored 401(k) savings plan after 2 years of employment with employer; employer will match 100% of up to 6% of the salary of participating employee contributions.
