Job title: Coaching Programs Director

Job description: Design youth soccer coaching programs, to maximize player safety, taking into account physiological and psychological limitations of players; set training rates and workload; design and improve safety features of existing programs, minimize risk of injury from competition and training; customize skill development programs to individual players' ages, abilities and skill levels; instruct players regarding same; advise coaching staff to implement programs and ensure quality control. 1 position. Employer name: Maestro Soccer LLC. Work at employer headquarters Union County area, NJ, and soccer fields in Union and Bergen Counties, NJ: Also required: Limited domestic travel of up to approximately 1% of employee’s time of 1 to 2 days in length to unanticipated tournaments/competition sites in other counties or states in the Northeast region of the U.S.

 

Type of position (Full-time or part-time): Full-time


Requirements: 12 months experience in youth soccer coaching; plus Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Sport & Exercise Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education or similar sports field; USSF D level soccer coaching license, Scottish FA "Coaching in the Game" coaching license or U.S. or foreign equivalent.

 

Biweekly wage rate range: $1,922.31/biweekly
