Small Group Training
It takes determination and hours of practice to become proficient in any sport. Through small group training you can accelerate your development. The purpose of this very specialized training program is to enable players to receive individual instruction in specific areas of the game which would be difficult to teach in a large team environment.
Whether you want to improve your first touch, perfect long range passing or become a lethal finisher, every player has areas of his or her game that need work. Maestro offers the perfect environment to identify and develop these areas.
Maybe you have a try-out coming up, or are looking too sharpen your skills before or during the season. The beauty of small group training is that you get individual specific feedback, whilst working with a friend(s), teammate(s) or sibling(s). Small group practices give trainers more opportunities to correct technical imperfections and help you understand where and how these techniques can be implemented in a game situation. There's no secret that practice makes perfect. Our training programs and specific evaluations will target weaknesses and accelerate player’s improvement faster than regular practices.
Players have the option of tailoring their own practices to fit the groups needs, all topics can be focused on. Typical areas of training include: Shooting; Passing, Goal-keeping, Technique, Ball Familiarization, Dribbling, Running with the Ball, Speed, Agility & Quickness and Strength & Conditioning.
